In short: Pod Playground does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. It has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it never sends or receives anything over the internet. The only thing it stores is one of your own settings, and it never leaves your headset.
Citiview Studios collects no personal information through Pod Playground. The application does not ask for your name, email address, age, location or payment details. It does not read your Meta account profile, your friends list, your contacts, your microphone, your camera or your files. It contains no analytics or crash-reporting software and no advertising software development kits.
Pod Playground makes no network requests. The Android package does declare the
standard INTERNET permission, because the Unity engine libraries the
game is built on declare it automatically; the game itself contains no networking
code and opens no connections. Nothing is uploaded from your headset at any time.
Pod Playground saves exactly one preference locally on your headset, so the game remembers how you left it:
This is stored by the Unity engine in the application's own private storage on your device. It contains no personal information, it is not readable by other applications, and it is never transmitted anywhere. Uninstalling the application deletes it.
Because no personal information is collected, none is used for any purpose. The stored setting above is used solely to restore your own preferences the next time you play.
Citiview Studios does not share, sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose any user information to anyone, for the simple reason that none is collected or received. There are no third-party services, servers, processors or partners involved in running Pod Playground. Your purchase and download of the application are handled by Meta under Meta's own privacy policy, which is separate from this one and outside our control.
Citiview Studios retains no user data, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete. The local setting described in section 2 remains on your own device for as long as the application is installed and is removed when you uninstall it. You can also clear it at any time from the headset's application storage settings.
Pod Playground is intended for users aged 13 and over, in line with Meta's account requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal information held about you. Citiview Studios holds no personal information about users of Pod Playground, so there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete. If you would like written confirmation of that, contact us at the address below and we will reply.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the application's store listing.
